I found and caught up on this one during a roadtrip and subsequent stay at a cabin in the woods.
Definitely not for everyone but I fuckin loved it.

Two friends joke around while discussing a paranormal story and a true crime story every episode. One is from Germany and the other is non-binary and very open and proud about that (though they weren’t out in the first few episodes).
I discovered it on a whim in high school, stopped listening, then devoured it when I went to college. Made a friend by listening to it. It’s all I play when I’m in the costume shop alone.
V funny and v honest, while not disrespecting the victims and having very good discussion.

Radio show of a little desert community that is not what it seems. This one is fiction, but the lead is gay and honestly Idk if I need to sell this one it’s really well known.
I found it senior year of high school and absolutely fell in love. It was pretty much the only thing I listened to in my Independent Art Studio class that whole year.
The vibes are so so good. And character representation is off the fucking charts, I love it.
The Edge Of Sleep
Story podcast set where everyone who falls asleep suddenly dies. We follow characters who didn’t sleep, and their struggle to stay awake. Whatever the cause is, it’s definitely supernatural and it definitely works through dreams.
Listened to this with friends on a roadtrip back from a cabin. Listened to the whole thing.
Spooky and mysterious and intense and very good.

Sci Fi spookiness following a space captain who basically discovers everything is a lie.
Friend of mine showed it to me, I believe she knows one of the producers/creators? Anyways, I love it.
